The matches will be played according to World Rugby Laws of the Game, Sevens Variations, as agreed to by USA Rugby, unless specifically stated below.

Rosters will be limited to 12 players for each team. No more than 7 players from each team may be on the field-of-play during a match at any given time. Three players from each team are required in order to form a scrum.

Each match will consist of two (2) seven-minute halves with a two-minute interval between each half. Playoff and final matches will follow the same format.
