All matches will kick off at the time and place listed in the schedule, or at the completion of the previous match. If both teams are at the field and ready to play prior to the scheduled kick-off time, the referee may choose to kick-off early.

It is the responsibility of the team captain to be aware of the time and place of the matches in which their team is to participate. An official schedule will be posted on the Cianci 7s webpage. 

Teams are expected to be at the sideline of the field of their match a minimum of ten (10) minutes before kick-off for a referee meeting and coin toss. Players are encouraged to warm up on the sidelines near the playing field for their next scheduled match to begin playing promptly after the preceding match.

Teams that are not present at the appointed time and place will forfeit the match. The referee may allow up to two minutes after the scheduled kick-off time for the late team to arrive at the field of play.
