All teams must provide their own competent Touch Judge. Assistant referees may be provided, if available, in the later stages of the tournament.

Teams shall wear matching uniforms and full rugby dress. Men’s and women's players are allowed to wear leggings during play.

An alternate uniform is required if any club has registered two (2) separate teams.

Warming up on the field of play is not allowed (unless you are the first game of the day). Teams are also prohibited from warming up or running drills on any of the baseball diamonds located on the grounds or other prohibited areas as marked on site.
